Have Duffel Bag, Will Travel

Web Developer, Picture Editor + Experienced Ice Cream Annihilator

After years working with digital media, my interest in creating engaging online experiences led me to learn Front End development. Now with my unique combination of skills, I'm looking to join an innovative team building visually inspiring experiences, while continuing to grow as a programmer and honing my creative eye.

At the beginning of 2014 I resolved to build upon the fledgling web development skills that I had accumulated on my own.

On April 28th I began an intensive Front-End Engineering course with The Iron Yard in Greenville, South Carolina.

Over the course of three months I went from hacking around with my modest HTML and CSS skills to developing the ability to build web applications using the newfound programming knowledge and best practices imparted upon me by the talented folks at TIY.

This incredible experience has served to only increase my hunger for learning new languages and improving upon my growing skill set.
